Alright guys,

 

THe finish line is apon us!

I however have decided to bounce back and forth between 195 and 194. 

 

Ugh. 

 

However I have a plan. 

 

I hate Fad Diets. I have a friend who does all these cleanses/fasts and crazy restritive diets, (like the 500 calorie diet, how in the heck are you going to survive on that?!) So generally, I say no to anything that seriously restricts because I know I won't be able to stick to it long term... But.... I know I would be able to do one for say... 8 days. lol 

 

 I'm looking at Atkins. I think I'd get further on Atkins than I would on Whole30. Seems there's a bit more to that one than Orignally thought. 

 

  I love my carbs though, so eliminating bread isn't going to be fun. I do love salads though, and I see I can still have my ranch, so I could do it. 

 If I do orignal Atkins, before they became money hungry jerks and made you believe you had to eat all these little snacks and frozen meals they put out, I might be able to loose enough to win my money back atleast. After the dietbet, unless of course I've completely lost my mind and fall in love with the lack of bread, I'll go back to normal eating afterwards. 

 Let's see how much willpower I have. And of course, I'm still going to exercise using numberous videos I find. 

 wish me luck I can loose the last 3ish pounds before the deadline. I'm all in, Going to give it everything I have!
