I have struggled with my weight for far too long. I am a single mom of 5 and a registered nurse, needless to say i m busy and find it hard to find time to exercise. Somehow i manage. I recently completed the Advocare 24 day challenge and lost 12 pounds and 8 inches. I have been sticking to the Advocare diet plan at 80%and working with a personal trainer once a week and have lost a total of 25 pounds since May. I have cheat days but try not to get out of control with them. It is hard but i cant give up. This is for me and my happiness.
