Worked an 8 hour shift, came home rested for 1/2 hour then went to the YMCA in my neighboorhood with the kids. So i worked, worked-out while spending quality time with the kids. Afterwards  came home and had a healthy dinner ( although the baby wanted to stop for french fries). Im off tomorrow and Friday and plan on spending most of both in the gym with my kids. This is doable if we put our minds to it. I think I will wait till Saturday for my unofficial weigh-in. I  was a runner up in my last diet bet by 1 or 2 pounds. I am gonna win this time.
