Maybe I should sign up for this, too. My eating and laziness has been out of control lately. Work stress gives me a headache, and I tend to zone out on the sofa instead of sweat it out on the roads.

I hear ya! I got inspired tonight and got on the elliptical for a half hour. 3.2 elliptimiles in 30 minutes. If only I could run that fast.
