The scale hasn't moved this week and I'm baffled.
I have been doing some serious runs and added daily 30 day shred videos which are making me sore in all the right places.
Most days I am between 10,000 and 20,000 steps.
Dietwise, I have cut out alcohol, sugar, bread, pasta and have seriously increased my veggie intake.
Things were much easier at the beginning of this challenge. Any advice out there from experienced 'losers' in my weight range.
My consoloation is that I do feel much better and not deprived. My energy levels are up too and I am enjoying the post workout high.
I think my next step will need to be regular weight training. It's always those last few kgs that are the hardest. I have 2 to go for this challenge and about 6 overall.
