Well, I finally got a reality check when I found out that I'll need to lose a bit over a pound a week in order to meet my 4-week goal. I made better food choices today and have JUST enough calories to have my Shakeology!! I'd say that's a huge win.
I did a double workout last night (the same one twice) to try to make up for the extra food/drinks I had, and boy am I feeling it. Abs and shoulders are sore... The good sore. : ) I haven't made it to week 2 of T25 and I intend on completing my first round. It's been over a year that I've had this program, but if I can beat Insanity, I CAN BEAT T25.
Okay, enough procrastinating.... Must go do my workout! #thebestprocrastinatorsarethosewho
