I feel that struggle. I packed a serving of Cashews to have in the afternoon between 3 and 4. It takes a lot for me not to eat them earlier but has helped with my evening feeding frenzy. Right now battling my daily sweet tooth and trying not to excuse a Swiss Miss hot chocolate to compensate. :(
