I'm having the hardest time keeping my food in check. By the time I'm off work I'm STARVING, so I end up chowing more than I should when I get home. I need to get back to where I was 2 years ago when I began Insanity: doing a weekly meal prep, clean eating, and staying on track. I've still got the T25 nutrition guide but am intimidated to learn and can't quite figure out why. Probably because I'm just lazy.
