Be careful with your food intake and watch your added sugars and carbs!! Keeping busy helps too! Reading a book, playing games, being around friends! Drink plenty of water and fill yourself up on healthy stuff like apples and carrots and hummus! 12 more days!! Gotta push yourself even harder! you got this!! :)
