After several weeks of continuous activity whether it was HIIT, swimming in the ocean, or walking/jogging I no longer have the fat kid roll. We all know what I mean by that. That roll you do to get up out of bed, trying to get out of a low chair, or just getting your behind off the floor. This roll was earned mind you. It was earned by inactivity and consumption of the best sugary, greasey, cheesey, and carb filled processed junk you can imagine. Pretty much anything your body should really not have on a daily basis.

It is so odd when you notice that you do not have to do the roll anymore. It is exciting and suprising when you can move with ease to do the simple things. I mean who wouldn't love being able to get up without having to get your big gut up first. I know I was extremely happy about it. :-)

I am enjoying seeing the changes, though they are little at the moment. But little changes will lead to big changes and I am determind to see the pounds roll away. 

As I always say I am Keeping it moving.
