I ended my first diet bet yesterday and an proud of myself. I will not be surprised by the scale tomorrow because I celebrated my success with pizza for dinner. It was a frozen one which I know isn't the greatest but I didn't order one so that's good. I have my meals and my workout planned for tomorrow and I am ready to make sure I keep off the 3% I beat yesterday.
I also have a Physical Abilities Test on Sunday coming up consisting of Max Pushups (minimum of 15), 1 minute Situps (minimum of 12) & a 1.5 mile run (minimum of 17:40). I will crush it I know. I'm just nervous about the pushups considering I struggle with those the most. I'm practicing them all week to increase my reps because I can do about 7 without stopping right now. I'm shooting for 20 for the test. Any advice is welcome :)
