As I previously posted, I don't know what to do on rest days sometimes. I love working out and pushing my body to the limits. But I am also smart enough to know that the body needs rest days to recover. Yes I did indulge in some cashew clusters, probably more servings that I should have, but I am not going to guilt myself over it. Life is about balance.

I generally eat clean 90% of the time. I allow the other 10% for indulgences, meaning that if I want a sweet, I will have it. Doing this takes away the guilt and the wanting to binge. It is a way of living my healthy lifestyle. I know my triggers and I do not keep them in my house. When I do, I make sure it is just a serving or less. 

Tomorrow I am back to the grind with leg day. Leg day is my favorite because I can lift super heavy and I am currently working on upping my deadlift weights. I can currently lift 150lbs. Don't have these thick thighs for nothing! Thick and muscular I should clarify :)
