If you are are in the Tiffany Rothe's dietbet, this week we will be doing a cleanse. If this is the first time you are doing her cleanse let me give you some tips.
- You should only be eating raw nuts (no salt but roasted are ok) raw veggies and fresh fruit. If you can't afford a lot of fresh fruit go with frozen, but not canned. You vegetables should be raw.
- You are not cooking any meals this week (unless you are a level 2 or 3 member, Tiffany has posted what you should eat)
- Be creative and look up raw recipes online
- If you begin to have a headach, eat oraganes or a small piece of ginger
- Drink warm lemon water. Tiffany asks the member of the ICFC (Inner Circle FitClub) to drink warm lemon water in the morning. I will post a blog about the benefits of lemon water.
- When doing the cleanse, eat as much of the raw veggies, fresh fruits and raw (no salt) nuts that you want (if you can't eat nuts let us know)
- If you feel like you are stuggling or want to give up, let us know and post to the game so we can motivate and encourage you
- Just think, this is only for 5 days and you can do this
- Make sure you are drinking your water
- You cannot have any sugar (none, no subsitute or honey), bread, milk, cottage cheese, yoguart, oatmeal, coffee none of these items during the cleanse this week.
- You can drink herbal tea, no sugar or sweetner
- You can have fruit/veggie smoothies but they can only be made with water or the juice from the fruit
- Some people ask about dates, you cannot have dates this week on the cleanse
Hopefully this will give you an ide of what you should be eating on the cleanse. When you join the ICFC, Tiffany will also give you a meal plan to follow and included in the plan are the things I listed above and more.
