Are you still in the race, lol? I hope you are. I have come to give you a little encouragement. Keep going and don't stop. If you have fallen down get back up. You can do it. Have you started to see any changes yet? How have you been feeling?

Thanks for checking Zhivi. i did well the first week but completly fell off week 2. I'm discouraged but know i need to get back up and try again..

Please don't be discourages, we have almost two weeks left. You can do this. You are strong enough to finish and still pull this out. What are you plans for eating and working out tomorrow? Remember you are in control over whatever you do. Don't let your outside circumstances stop you from reaching your goals. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back on track. Do you think you can finish these last 16 days strong? Of course you can, there is no negative thoughts or words that you should be saying only positive ones. You have this and you can do it, I know you can.
