I worked recording grades at school until almost 7:00. I had not eaten much all day. I was doing great. Then as I drove home, those chips were calling my name. But that was ok. I only ate 11, the recommended number for one serving. But then when I got home there was food left over from a luncheon served at church after a funeral. I knew it was good food and I became instantly hungry. Do calories count if you are eating them standing up? I am afraid so they showed up this morning on the scale. I am going to do this! I can, all I have to do is be aware of how much I eat and keep walking. 4 pounds- two days, I can do it. Water is my friend. I figured out I had only drank one bottle of water all day yesterday. Water helps me make myself think I am full and helps me in the digestive area as well. But, sometimes I just don't take the time to drink, then I pay for it literally and figurativly.

Sign in to CommentI know that feeling. If you have trouble remembering to drink water, maybe tea could help. I find adding a little flavour to water can motivate me to drink more of it. Just make sure it has no added sugars and you've got yourself a tasty, filling, hydrating drink :) Good luck!
