Today was one of those days where I just wanted to put a frozen pizza in the oven, devour it, follow up with some ice cream, and finish the night with Netflix.

I didn't do any of that.

I still want to.  But I decided calories wouldn't make me feel better.  Especially after inputting them into MyFitnessPal to find out just how much damage we were talking.

Yeah... no.
