Hubby was on a business trip for about 5 days. I did really well with no cheating. Now that he is home he is eating junk and it is more tempting to me to follow along and do the same. I went and purchased grocerys this week. Everything I need to stick to program I just have to cut the bread and sweets out. I know it is going to be harder now but hey that is why I made the bet!

You name it...I shove it in my mouth..
.until I started DB....
There are so many healthy recipes...that satisfy my sweet tooth & keep me on track ;)))
I've even written blogs on healthy Peanut Butter Cups ;))) so so good
