The gifts are virtual gifts(flowers, salad, smoothie, and s on) you can send people for encouragement. You get three gifts to give for each 6 month game you join. As for the eating at night part, you need to see what works for you. I think the fruit idea sound like a good plan to start with. If that doesn't work for you, then try something else. For me, I know that when I set to many restrictions, I end up binging on something bad. Good luck! My biggest piece of advice is to not beat yourself up when you have a slip up. Just get back to making healthy decisions :c)
