I did it! I completed Jillian Michaels One Week Shred yesterday.  It was tough but I stuck to the program all week.  I counted every calorie, not a sip of alcohol, lean protein and fresh veggies every day, 2x day workouts... I lost 8.3 pounds and 4.75 inches over the course of the week.  Pretty amazing results!  I still have more to lose to meet my goal tomorrow but, regardless of the result, I am so proud of myself for finishing the whole program.  It was tough but I did it. I've got to keep myself moving and eat clean today in order to meet my goal.
