Didn't know that about lemon and water retention- i'm going to try that!

dandelion root is also good for it (got some in my cupboard p- the capsules and the tea). the tea was a bit bitter though so I went with capsules lol. I forget who i heard that tip from....I wanna say Jillian Michaels herself but i'm not 100 percent.
