I hear ya, sister! Love cabbage, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower and they are all so good for us too. I've experimented with Beano to help with the...uh...aftereffects, but not finding it particularly effective. I wonder if there any other natural options, like food pairings that would help. I know ginger is great for digestion, but I don't think it helps in that department.
