Started a new DietBet on Monday. I'm trying to hit this from a few different angles. I write down planned meals/snacks. I update with actuals (sometimes I change it out). I'm working on getting 10,000 steps in a day. I've been doing a lot of journaling. Instead of eating any emotions or feelings, I'm writing them first. Things are going well.
But it's only day 3. Until I hit about 3 weeks of consistency, I worry about backsliding. But I'm just going to worry about the here and now. Not, if I lose this much weight each week, I'll weigh this amount by March, that sort of thing. Here and now. That's all we really have anyway.
