Yesterday's wins:

I exercised pretty well although I was JUST short of my goal. I hit 9930 steps, 70 short of 10,000!

My food was decent but I did end up making a sandwich late last night and didn't eat perfectly at dinner.

Even though I was off food-wise, I didn't hurt myself. I didn't lose a lot (0.1 lb) but I didn't gain, so it's a win.

So what are my strategies for improvement? Plan and stick to a more thoughtful dinner. Make it healthy, delicious and filling, not just cleaning up the leftovers, like I did!  How to avoid that snack? Well, keep tempting stuff out of the house. I had a wonderful roll and leftover steak and it just called out to be eaten, even though I wasn't really hungry.  I could have also planned to have that sandwich for lunch the next day (Thursday), so that I could have delayed satisfaction.

So today, what's up?  I haven't planned my meals for the day. I'm going to get up in a mo to plan. I also have several TV shows to watch, so I can do it while walking on the treadmill. I think it's going to be a great day!
