So I am starting over again. This time I am at my heaviest weight ever and I am now living at home again so I have to eat whatever the rest of my family eats (which is very unhealthy). I am tracking my caloric intake for the first time ever and I think I am not eating propperly, but I am not sure. One of the hardest things for me is getting motivation to exercise so I have written down my goals with rewards in hopes that it wlll motivate me to move.
