Great plan! Maybe you can also put up a calendar where you see it and check off every day you did your workout. It will make you proud to see all the days checked off - and it will make you want to check them all!
Is there anything you can do with the kids? Walk with them, use the small ones instead of dumbbells, run after a football with them? It all counts! You are probably doing way more than you realize already.
