This is my second starvation day during this challenge.

 

I notice that it gets easier and easier each time. The very first time I felt dizzy and had a major headache and thought about food the whole day.

 

Now it is already 1 pm and I only just ate my usual paprika tomato protein salad and this is the first time that I feel a bit dizzy today. But maybe that is because I am already on my third cup of coffee without (nearly) any food in my system.

 

Just exercise is still a bit of a sore point. I went jogging once on the weekend but my condition is not what it used to be. I hope I will be able to go running twice a week now without any major illnesses and colds like last winter...

 

And I am already looking forward to tomorrow where I can eat normally again. :D
