This is a bitter sweet day for me.  I haven't been hitting my weight loss targets like I should.  I actually gained two pounds above my first weigh in.  I was going to give up, but decided to hang in there.  I picked myself back up, lost the 2 lbs, and then another 0.9.  I am now down 0.9 lbs from the start.  I guess it is better than nothing.  

 

I am proud of myself for getting to the gym the past week 4 days, and already this week 2 times.   I  have began to drink more water and I have been eating well.  I skipped out on desert three days in a row, which is a huge accomplishment for me!  I am dissapointed in myself.  I may not win the one month challenge, but I want to hang in there on the 6 month challenege!   I can do it.  I feel like I might have a 2 lb loss next week just based on my timing of the month, if you know what I mean.   I'm putting it out here publically, I am going to standup and keep going.
