You could try taking some melatonin. It's not a quick fix, but over a few weeks your sleep should improve. It's your body's natural sleep hormone. You won't build up a tolerance like you can for other sleep medicines.

I take melatonin nightly. I've also tried bedtime teas, valerian, lemon balm, chamomille, no caffeine in evening, 5htp, coq10, goodness...if you can name it I've tried it. melatonin is what helps you fall asleep but it is not what keeps you asleep. it works by lowering your body's temperature, which is why some say sleeping in a cool room will help you fall asleep too. i know too much about insomnia having had it for 20 years lol. smh

Sleep study? I know my poor sleep is due to my fibromyalgia. Have you ruled out sleep apnea?
