Wow what a difference a few days makes!

I’m finally getting into “organization mode”.
I admit until now it’s been a bit of ad hoc and just “Plodding Along” (eating right, sleeping better, more water, see doctors, etc.) but no overview and gaining of perspective.

So I pulled out the 2 blood lab results from the diet timeframe.

Collection dates are 10 days apart (one was for a potential diet center and other for my physician (same lab company though)

Why they couldn't have used the same result who knows - but it worked out well for Me because I ended up getting to compare results and see my progress!

The results are Specifically due to change in diet in only 10 days.

  • Cholesterol Normal <200: mine: Oct 25: 242 ... Nov 6: 172 now normal
  • Triglycerides Normal <150: mine: Oct 25: 225... Nov 6: 146 now normal
  • HDL Normal >39: mine: Oct 25: 29... Nov 6: 35 getting there!
  • LDL Normal <100: mine: Oct 25: 168... Nov 6: 108 getting there!

I am starting to exercise this week - can't wait to see my Next blood tests!
