Anyway, I have just not been mentally in the game - and it shows. How am I going to change that?
1. Figured out when I'm going to work out for the rest of the dietbet.
2. Rented a locker at the gym. It's official, it's fall, and I'm not going to be running/biking to the gym. So, I hit the pool today and stashed my stuff in a locker.
3. Meal planned for the rest of the dietbet.
So, whether my head is in the game or not, this makes it easy to just follow the plan!
