I submitted my official weigh-in tonight - knowing I would show a gain.  I'm committed to weekly weigh-ins every Wednesday during this round.  I forgot to do the weigh-in this morning.  I'll do future weigh-ins first thing in the morning.

I've been having trouble getting to sleep. My legs are aching at night.  I've started taking Magnesium Chelate at night and using a heating pad.  I'll try it another week - then I may head to my doctor.

For exercise - I've been doing the Leslie Sansone's Walk-at-Home videos.  The 1 mile and 2 mile walks.  Today - I walked outside in my rural neighborhood.  Loved the scenery.  But... Dodged a few swarms of gnats.  Reminded myself why I prefer walking indoors.  Nevertheless.... I've got to kick this up a notch if I have any hope of succeeding.

MUST CUT-OUT LATE NIGHT - CAN'T SLEEP - FRUSTRATED - SNACKING!!!!  From this point forward - I'll chew my sugar-free gum if I can't sleep.

I'm re-rigging - mostly my brain.  I ain't quitting...
