So I keep spinning my tires weight wise. Yes, I am getting stronger. I mean who doesn't love being able to do push ups without dying or sitting up without rolling. I take too steps forward and 3 steps back.
It is truely amazing how much your weight fluctuates in a 24 hour span of time.
I constantly read new articles and information about weight loss trying to find new things I could try to help get me out of this circle of 3 lbs. One of the articles I read was about extreme weight loss and how the max amount of weight lost was by those who preformed 60 mins of activity/cardio/stregth 6 days a week.
I on average do about 45 minutes of cardio/strength 6 days a week with a rest day on Sunday. So I decided it is time to level up. I am going to incorporate 60 min daily work outs. This is not including any other activities that may come up on my bets.
Is this going to suck? Absolutely! But if I want to get past this 3 lbs circle, I need to change something.
I am also buying my own scale this week. I share my sisters usually but half the time it works like it should and other times you have to beat it to get the screen to come on. Plus my brother in law is back this week and I do not want to be running into their room everytime I want to weigh myself. Oh the life of a live in.
