The eve of my first dietbet has me nervous, excited and my competitive juices are starting to stir. Not looking forward to the initial weigh in and especially the photos, but you have to start from somewhere.
I plan to use my BodyMedia tracker, MFP and going low carb. My goals are to:
Get stronger and have better stamina
Feel more at home and comfortable in my skin
Improve my lifestyle habits, including financial
So many other smaller steps to be taken along the way, but important steps they are. I hope to make some new friends along this journey and promise to be socially active and encouraging to everybody. Afterall, if we lose the fat and learn to live with that fat off - then we've won - but it would be nice to pad our wallets with extra dough.
