Is that a spouse/significant other in your picture with you? Are they on your journey with you? I do think that helps a lot when you have support right there! 200 calories isn't awful BUT you know that the 200 add up to a pound before long and then another pound and another! You've tried the water route instead of the food route when you are bored and eating seems like a good idea? You can do this:)
