18 days and 4 pounds to go! Uh oh. I've had some early set backs but I feel like the round 1 weigh in is crucial so I'm trying to keep that as motivation. Hopefully everyone else is doing better, you might be winning my money soon. Kidding, I still have time, spent the weekend in San Francisco doing a lot of walking and this week is pretty quiet so no excuses to miss workouts. Also have a giant container of leftover soup that will be lunch for the week, easy and healthy-done. Other goals:

-4 more hour long workouts this week (already did a 7 mile run today!) 

-weigh in for "surprize" drawing

-more water, less alchohol (multiple holiday parties last week, so much drinking)
