Ab roller, 4 sets of 10 reps. This is getting significantly easier and I might need to find a way to make it harder.
My daughter did all of the workouts with me except the pull downs and rows because she is too young to do weighed workout routines. Everything else she did as strength training for ballet. Afterwards, she showed me all her ballet stretches! Turns out I cannot touch my toes to the back of my head!
