Here is the rest of the one I just posted below.. ....at the hospital in May they took me off of that one and put me on another one that does not do that. So for the first time in 28 years I am loosing weight. I am thankful. But to be honest I gave up a long time ago and have gotten down about it. So I have developed bad habits because I gave up. See these things are complicated sometimes and many struggle. I think we need to pray for people more and just be a good example of making healthy choices ourselves when we are around them to support them. You could bring up things like " I've been doing this cool exercise program would you like to join me?" It's fun! Something like that is encouraging. Depression is caused by negative thoughts and bent up (holding onto) anger. Keep looking into that. Sometimes as you say we get mad at ourselves. We need to ask God to help us to do better and forgive our mistakes in life.
