Hello my fellow betters!
Part of my plan for losing weight on this Diet Bet journey is wearing my FitBit daily and this week my goal is to get in 6,000 steps a day. Well I looked at my results around 7:30 and I still needed 2,000+ steps to go! Ah!
Enter my acountability partner Kelly. Kelly blogs over at Living The Before and she has a lot to say about weight loss, and I love how honest she is with her personal journey. Kelly messaged me on Twitter and said that if she didn't get 6,000 steps today I had her permission to "taunt" her tomorrow. Well guess who was feeling really guilty about not having her steps...yeah...
SO we chatted each other up while we each got the last 2,000 steps we needed for the day. An accountability partner is a great way to make sure you have that extra support you need to accomplish the goals you set for yourself.
