I've weighed in every day this week, and have lost a tiny bit every day........I love watching that tracker on my profile page! The challenge this weekend - traveling/family dinners/fast food.........but I'm thinking ahead. I will make sure I have a Naked Protein Smoothie (yummy!) with me at all times. I will get a sandwich or salad, NO FRIES, and NO SODA! I will drink water, esp in between meals..... I will try to eat half of my entree and wrap the rest up. I know that I can eat it later, if I am hungry! I will wait for my tummy to growl........
Yesterday I had a productive day, made a list, checked off some things. Makes me feel good! Today, still working on that list, feeling energetic. I will go walking for at least 30 minutes. It is a very hot, muggy day here in South GA, maybe I should go for a swim instead? Or do WII Dance inside.....
I teach middle school chorus, and I start back next week. Anxiety......so thankful for the time off this summer, but dreading getting back. But so blessed to have a job that I love most of the time! :o)
