You and I are so similar...and built so similarly...and emotionally so similar...and our food cravings are so similar... I really do wonder how the South Beach Diet would work for you. It has been so good for me. If I sent you some links, would you be interested in looking at the first two weeks--Phase 1, the induction phase? Besides medication, it has been the only thing that has helped cope with the sugar/carb addiction and the binge eating. Your plan IS basically SBD Phase 1...so maybe you are already instinctively being pulled in that direction.
