I'm going to start my New Year 2015 taking One day one step at a time for a healthier lifestyle. I'm excited with Diet Bet sponsered by Chris and Heidi Powell . Chris has a book Choose More , Lose More For Life that I have coming in to follow . They have been such an inspiration to me with the show Extreme Weight Loss . This Diet Bet requires you to loose 1% of your weight per week which is safe. It will be awesome to have the support of many people. I'm so excited to start on January 5th ! Just got my confirmation for verified weight on Diet.com/Chrispowell . I've been living a sedentary lifestyle ; so any exercise which will be walking and going up and down steps will be an improvement for me. I will start back drinking water like I should and preparing healthier meals. Best of luck to everyone !!! WE CAN DO THIS !!!
