This is my 1st DietBet and I love Chris and Heidi Powell . I've been on the Carb Cycling plan that's in his book Chose More To Lose More and definetly feel so much better . I also use His Vemma Bode chocolate protein shakes and they are wonderful . It's so nice to be eating healthy and something I will continue doing . I have just begun a long journey in losing my weight and I feel 1 % a week is doable . I take one day , one meal , and one step at a time . I wish everyone the best of luck . It's not about the money , but about caring enough about yourself to make a permanent healthy lifestyle change . I've had so much support from everyone here on DietBet and it's been AWESOME !!! We still have 11 days to go and hopefully the scales will move down even more. Best of luck to everyone . We can do this !!!!

Yes one day at a time, one step at a time to any life long lasting change. I want to try the Chris Powells carb cycling. Is it easy to follow? I have the e-book but a little hesitant.
