Does anyone else track their weight daily? I try to and over the last year of dietbets I created a spreadsheet that builds graphs and calculates different health formulas (BMI, body mass, etc). Its not official, its just stuff I've pulled from the web and compiled but it's helped me so I thought I'd share.
It has tabs to track both 4 week and 6 month bets. All you do is duplicate the tab for each game you are in and enter in your weight. It should build the graph as you add weigh-ins. There are simple directions on each page. There are also tabs for over all year progress, and tracking your wins/losses.

Right now its build for only American units (dollars and inches) Maybe if there is interests I'll try and make a metric version. Hope that it works and it might be useful to someone. Feel free to pass it on!
- Update, I've added a new tab for the 12 month game. Since that game is still in beta the tracking page hasn't been fully tested. It works a little different then the others, hopefully its useful.
