Breakfast - Green tea, 4 strawberries, leftover chicken, 4 eggs scrambled with spinach and peppers.
Lunch - Tuna with 1/2 avocado, cucumber slices, 2 mini peppers, and carrot slices.
Dinner - Groundbeef with homemade taco seasoning, grape tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, lettuce.
Today was similar to yesterday. Still feeling the "hungry but full" feeling. I am still craving sweets but not as bad as yesterday.
I feel sleepy today.. even though last night I slept from 10:30 to 7:30 - a total of nine hours.
Overall, Day 2 not too shabby. Day 3 should be fun, too!
