Here I am agin ranting about how TERRIBLE sugar is for you ;)
Check your fridge, cupboards...do you have low fat items? Like yoghurt?
Some time ago it was found out that the high fat content of regular foods makes us fat, makes sense right? So they decided to lower the fat content of foods, but what happened was that the food didn't taste so good. So what they did was, they added sugar to these low fat foods, so people would buy them.
But what they didn't realize or don't want us to realize is that all of the sugar, that is not burned off will turn int fat in our bodies, just like regular fat does.
You can say a bag of sugar is 100% fat free, but as soon as you eat it (and don't burn off, which you don't) it turns into FAT!!!!
So in reality it is not fat that makes us fat (although consuming too much it will!) it is SUGAR that makes us FAT!!!!
Think about it!!
PS! Of course if you eat sugary foods (even fruits) and burn it off it is ok :) But refined/processed sugars are still no good for you.
