Hello "Get Lean" Challengers!!!!
One more day and it's go time! We are super excited about the Challenge and hope you are too!
Be sure to READ ALL THE RULES. They tell you everything you need to know about weigh in's, etc. Only the 1st and last weigh in's are "official" and have to be documented with picture, etc., but we suggest you weigh in as much as you like (at least every 3-4 days). This will keep you on track and also keep the competition engaged in the challenge.
Look for regular posts here, on the challenge page and on the Facebook page with nutrition and training info. If you haven't joined the Facebook page yet, be sure to today. Search for Atlanta Fitness Get Lean in 2015 Challenge.
