Today is the 1st day on this journey. Trying literally EVERY diet under the sun, I've chosen that I'm done with diets and chosing to simply change my life, the habits that are harmful to me and my family. My goal of losing 50 pounds has begun......working now on hunger and cravings already! My bad habit of donuts, cereal and waffles most mornings will be my first challenge. So far, drinking tons of water and an "Oh Yeah" Protein shake for breakfast. Determined!!!!

Sign in to CommentA+ for determination. Definitely cut out the donuts and waffles. As for cereal, check the nutrition facts for a cereal that is low in sugar and high in fiber. Not all cereals are bad. I'll be direct with you: trying to lose 50 pounds through diet alone will be difficult. It's possible but I would recommend you stay active as well to help things along.
