I was REALLY good this weekend -- I know it was just the beginning, but it was great to get on the scale today and see the results.  Early pounds are the easiest, I know... so it will slow soon.  But it's nice to feel the momentum, and to get closer to where I was before the holidays.

Just need to find more time to burn calories in addition to not eating so many calories.  I biked a little this AM, but would love to do a longer ride this afternoon.  I'll work hard to keep it up!
