I had surgery in November and have been off running for 7 weeks. I am an avaid runer doing serval half marathons and centery bike rides during a year. but with out running I gained 20 pounds. I have started back slowly hoping to loose the 35 pounds I need to . Here is not giving up .

Sign in to CommentYour body will re-adjust itself once you return to running and cycling. Do what it takes diet and nutrition wise for the time being as your body slowly returns to its level of activity. I'm very confident that you will succeed, seeing the serious athlete that you are.
