2015 marks a year of drastic change for me. We are moving out of state. I am starting a whole new life. I have no job prospects but I have land and farm animals. I am going to start living the full time life of a homesteader. 2014 I had let myself go. My body remains at 166 + or - a few pounds for most of the year. I am flabby and my diet, well, it kind of sucks. I eat a lot of sugar. There are alot of days where I literally eat nothing but sugar, carbs, and caffine. I skip breakfast often, and I am lazy. I hate to work out. I tried doing diet bet before and failed. But 2015 shook me up a bit. I realized that I am heading in the wrong direction. In preparation for my move, I feel it necessary to start getting back on track NOW! I want to start looking better, eating better, feeling better. I'm tired of microwave meals that leave me tired and bloated. Im tired of my diet soda addiction. I am tired of looking the way I do. Now many might say 166 is not bad. But I used to be 140. I know I may never get back to that previous weight but what I would like is to tone up. I want to work hard this time around and see what kind of stuff I am really made of. Even thouggh the initial weigh in is in a few days, I am going to make myself accountable today. So here is my goal for this diet bet:
Eat 3 meals a day (do not skip breakfast)
These three meals must include a vegetable and a protein
I am going to log my calories into weight watchers.
I am going to abstain from Candy and sweet snacks
I am going to go to the gym at least 3x a week.
I am going to start taking care of myself and to be accountable for what I do and eat.
